have met during a show in Switzerland in 1997.
Having different but complementing personalities,
the two developed a unique bond.
In the 2000 they created the ”FLSG” duet, performing around France, Switzerland, Canada, then
all over the world

Both renowned composers, Fred and Sam bring as much joy performing their own creations as they do interpreting the most famous themes from jazz, classical, swing, variety, rock, and pop music, where each improvises with brilliance.

Sometimes serious, sometimes light and cheerful,
yet always far from any ”vulgar pretentiousness” —to borrow the words of Gus Viseur— Fred LANGLAIS and Sam GARCIA are among those talented accordionists who are difficult to categorize. In reality, however, they perfectly embody a new standard.
